One thing it could be when your taking a sewhor some one ells may be using water ells were causing a drop in pressure. The best this you can do for this is change out the three handle to a Posi temp tub and sewhor valve and they only come in single handle. But your going to want to talk to the meatiness guy first. One other thing it could be. If the washer on the hot side is to large in the stem it can swell up after getting hot and cut or slow down the flow of hot water. Good luck
