Slant Fin 350 Series Light Commercial Baseboard
By The Slant Fin 350 Series Light Commercial Baseboard is perfect for those in between applications. They are available in a 1″ and a 1-1/4″ copper and aluminum heating elements. Using these aluminum fins they can permit a higher water flow rate in the system, bringing you the desired amount of heat you need to heat up a room.
This series of baseboard heating can be used with a one pipe or a two-pipe steam system. The baseboard comes pre-assembled and in pre-cut lengths of 2 feet and 8 feet. They are available for a 19 gauge or 16 gauge front cover and a 24 gauge back cover. The Slant Fin 350 Series Light Commercial Baseboard has been made with durable construction material. The brackets that hold the heating elements are made from heavy steel and the tubing that runs through the heating elements are made from heavy copper and steel. The interlocking fins are build so solid that you can stand on them and they won’t break.
Some of the benefits to using the Series 350 Light Commercial Baseboard are they are available in 2 heights for one or two heating elements, They are equipped with interchangeable heating elements and they have extra backbone for durability. They have a strong panel that can withstand kicks and dents.
When you order the 350 Series Baseboard heating, you will get in a complete package, the baseboard enclosures in sizes 2,3,3-1/2, 4,5,6,7 and 8 (you must specify what lengths you want before ordering). Not included but must be ordered separately are the cover and the heating elements. The back panel and the front panel are ready for installation. You will also get the End caps, Splice Plate, the Outside Corner, the Wall Trim, the Inside Corner, Filler Sleeve and the Valve Cover.
You have a choice of 6 different heating elements when you order. The only difference in these 6 elements is the size. With the H-1 Element is comes in 3/4″ nominal copper tubing. The H-3 Element comes in 3/4 copper tubing with a 3-5/32 x 2-1/2 x .011 aluminum fins. The H-4 Element comes in a 1″ copper tubing. The H-5 Element is a 3″ copper tubing and the H-6 has a 1-1/4″ IPS schedule 40 pipe and 3″ steel fins.
One of the best parts about ordering the Series 350 is that they are what Slant Fin calls Contractor Designed which means that when your contractor comes to install the baseboard it will be a fast installation because the baseboard is from the box to the wall. He will not have to sort parts or wonder if they forgot any parts. Everything is right there, there are no second appointments.
