The LGB Series Boiler has an installed a cast in air eliminator that is designed to help keep the air and the circulating water separate. The boiler has a low ceiling design, making the compact boiler easy to install in any basement or boiler room. While most boilers have a supply system that is either right side or left, the LGB Series boilers is designed to go be installed from either the left or right.

The boiler itself is insulated with a heavy steel jacket and a string powdered enamel coating. This will help contribute to the boiler efficiency by keeping the heat in and flowing to the rooms it is designed to heat and not the outside of the boiler where you would be losing money. The better protected the boiler the more money you will save during heating months.

The LGB Series Boilers are equipped with an electronic control system. These boilers have electronic control system that have factory installed and wired control panel. Only model numbers LGB-4-5 and LGB6-23 are equipped with a pilot valve and a main flame that offers an electronic pilot ignition with a low fire start that is a great safety feature.

Models LGB-21 and 23 and LGB4-20 are water boilers. The LGB4-20 has a combination of high limit control valve and an operating temperature limit control valve. The LBG21-23 has an operating temperature control limit and an individual high temp control limit switch.

The water boilers have a pressure relief valve which is set to relieve the boiler at 30 PSIG. The steam boilers are set at 15 PSIG, which is the allowable amount of steam pressure that the boiler can handle. Both the water and steam boilers have a transformer rating of 75 VA.

The LGB boiler sections are sealed with a watertight elastomer sealing rings helps keep the water trapped inside the boiler contributing to the efficiency of the boiler. The port openings are machined to be matched with the sealing tings located between the boiler sections.

The boilers are all equipped with a cast in air elimination that is used to separate the air from the water that is circulating through the boiler bringing heat to all rooms in the home. The KLGB Series Boilers have a low ceiling design; there are homes that don’t have a lot of room in the basements. With the LGB Series Boilers they are compact enough to take up a small amount of space.

The cabinet of the boiler comes with a heavily protected steel that has a strong and reliable powdered enamel paint. The steel jacket was made to be installed after you connect the supply and return piping.
