We are planning to replace boiler in aprtment building in NYC. The area of units is around 1000 sq ft or less. We are looking for combination hot water and heat and wall mount boiler to save space and utility bill. Triangle Challenger Combo or Triangle Prestige Excellence or Baxi Luna HT boiler are under consideration now, but hard to choose. Please give us some recomments. Thanks.

My 11 year old SuperStor is starting to leak & I’m thinking about replacing it with one of these Triangle Tube Smart 40’s.
Any comments? Please?

My plumber installed a Smart 60 indirect water heater. It’s great. Lot’s of hot water. The fear of having a leak is reduced with this class of product.
At first I wanted a tankless hot water heater – multiple plumbers told me it’s a problem in the winter in NJ (water supply is too cold)

I installed a smart 60 with a Viessmannn Vr1-40 in my house. I have 3 kids and my wife, I like this water heater and would recommend it for any residential application.

It says in the review of smart indirect water heater q&a that these heaters should not be used in residential applications, why not?
