Wow! So glad I’m not the only one who has had problems with this p.o.s, I thought maybe I was using it wrong thus causing it to break (although I didn’t see how that was possible). Apparently the Smart Pools company is aware that this product is defective with so many complaints and apparently they don’t care. I bought mine at Leslie’s pool’s and w/ in a year it had no suction. Leslie’s took it back and gave me a new one. Well after having this one for only two years (only 2 summer uses) this one has suction but does not move! Leslie’s will not take it back b/c they don’t even sell it anymore, they said they no longer sell they’re brand due to all of the problems with them and to contact the company. Guess I’ll try that but I’m not paying to ship it to them as I understand that’s they’re policy. Buyer beware!!!!

Boy this right up really is a long shot.. “just read the owners manual, it will tell you everything you need to know. Nobody ever reads the owners manual.” Well let me tell you something. I have read the owners manual, all 8 pages of it and it hasn’t told me anything more then what was already common sense knowledge. It doesn’t say anything at all about how to figure out what is wrong with the piece of junk when it quits working or even where to buy replacement parts. This thing certainly is not diserving of the wonderful “sunshine and lollipops” write up you have done on it on this website. Think twice the next time before you accuse the home owner of not reading the owners manual.

Hi darryl I was just wondering if you found any info for the robo clean Im looking for the blue cord if you have any info on where to find one or since you have 3 would like to sell one of your cords let me know thanks franknofear@aol.com

I have had 3 of these, I really like them when they work but I now have 3 that don’t. I was just looking to see where I could have them fixed. Leslies pools would repair them last year but they stopped selling them and servicing them. Guess I’ll have to find a different product.

Gotta agree, they just oon’t have “legs”. We’ve had 4 in three years. First one the power supply went out – replaced under warranty, lasted a year. Third one (out of warranty) the computer failed. Threw it out and bought the $150 refurb. It’s in the shop under warranty with a cord that pulled out of the robo. I know how addicts feel.
