Trying to replace heating element in my Rheem electric water heater, however the people at Rheem do not know how to measure heating element lengths, because they refuse or neglect to define where they measure from.
Thus they completely negate their advertisement where I sought to buy 2 heating elements.
What are they thinking?

I have a Rheem Water heater that seems to be working at half power. Model # 81V52DT 8
Seriel # 1294B29531 I believe one of the heating elements is not working. Do you stock these? I need to get one. I may change both. Please let me know. You can call if you like.

I Have a 93 Rheem warrior glass 40 gal water heater in my Manf. Home. After a water system went wrong it back-flowed my system. Now my Heater only has water hot water for about9 min.
