Hi Jonathan,

I have seen this a bunch of times before,

What you will need to do is to wedge something in between the pump housing and the seal housing and then turn the bolt while doing so.

If that does not work, You will need to heat the plastic a bit so you can get the heli-coil out from the pump housing to replace it,

I’m trying to remove the pump housing of my Hayward super pump. I got three of the bolts out but the fourth one just turns but never comes out. Have you ever seen this before? How do I get it out?
