The first time it was under warranty, so it was replaced with a new one by the pool contractor. Now it broke again but at least it did not burst like the first one did. I noticed it when the pool water level came down for about 2″ in one day. What is possibly causing this? I have checked by pressures and they are between 12 – 22 psi and do not think that this will over pressurize the chlorinator.

I have tried with 2 people helping to hold it in place and another one try to turn the cap and we could not get it to the lock position.
I took it to a pool shop, they could not open it then they told me I am using the wrong chlorine puck. is this true?
