Purchase Kenmore model 38445 whole house filter – Develop a crack in the filter housing with in 14 months of purchase. Have a hard time getting Sears or Eco Water the maker to pay for damages. Eco Water claims the housing was damaged – not true. I am an engineer and can tell the problem is in the molding of the filter housing.
Six weeks living in a house that was flooded by Eco Water product. Eco Water seems to be dragging it out
