HI Sheila,I just stopped by your weibtse yesterday unexpectedly and I have been very intrigued. You see, I study emotional eating and have recently been certified as a Holistic Health Counselor from IIN (in order to help women work through it), but I have been having flare ups lately that are allowing my ego to dig into my soul (and lead me to the foooooood). I want so badly to lose the last 15-20 lbs, so I recently started tracking my calories in order to do so. I suppose that is the obsession I am going to stop, since that bingy chick in my head has been popping up. BUT, I feel hopeless. I’ve studied so much about this issue, and so much about myself, but there are still places I fall flat on my face. I try not to let it lead me to frustration, but it inevitably does. I’d better stop there because otherwise I will let my mind get away with me and write a novel. You see, I binged last night. Anyways. Thank you for the work you do. I hope to do the same one day after I understand and love the beast that still resides within me.Until then, I’ll be wandering through your posts, glad that I’ve found this gem of a site that went under my radar before.xo
