My Edenpure heater squeaks when running. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

I have a mod.1000 XL and the heater used to work where I have the furnace thermostat set at a certain temperature and I would set the edenpure at 3 lites on temp. It worked great. now at 3 lites it doesn’t work, and 4 lites it run constantly ,but it seems to be cooler. What do you think the issue is ? Thanks Randy

We thought the heating elements were bad on our Eden pure GEN four, because the elements would heat up, then immediately go off. Therefore, we replace the elements. Upon doing so, the same problem continued to occur. The unit will heat up then we hear a click and the elements go off. What might be the possible solution since the heating element replacements did not fix the unit?

I have an Edenpure Classic quartz heater that shows not level, have laid it on its face, shaken it, plugged and unplugged. Can the level switch be disconnected and if so , how?
