The boiler sections are constructed with heat pins that cause the gases to roll about the boilers. The gases surround the surface to increase the heat transfer and prevent any heat loss through the transfer. This allows the boiler to work at a high efficiency. The boiler sections of the LBG gas Fired Boiler are sealed with a strong elastomer sealant rings that cover the port openings and guarantee a watertight seal in the sections. The features that come standard on all of the boilers in the LBG Series are Cast Iron Sections, an Insulated Extended Jacket, and a Control Transformer using a 120 Volt system. The base comes with a single piece aluminum burner, a gas manifold, Hi Temp Insulation Board and a Wiring Harness with a Junction Box and a Pre wired Flexible Conduit. The Weil McLain LBG Gas Fired Natural Draft Boiler has a Universal Control System that features a UCS ignition control module and a wire harness. When the boiler is calling for heat, the system will spark to ignite the burners.
