The mobile home water heaters are generally designed with the space constraints of a mobile home taken into consideration, as well as the locations of the inlets and outlets. In addition there are special design considerations for gas water heaters in mobile homes with the side door access to the water heater and special vent thimbles for going through the roof as well. Your best bet is to ask your neighbors who they use and if they are happy with them. We really cannot provide an estimate as plumbing rates and even parts vary widely across the country.
