There are 16 different models in the ECONONMATIC Series, the Btu’s range from 80,000 outputs or 93 kW to 1,000,000 Btu’s per hour or 1,163 kW. The boiler also offers a 3 pass reverse flame and a steel shell. The boilers offer an Internal Water Baffle. The baffles will direct the cold water away from the areas of the boilers where condensation builds up the most.
The ECONONMATIC Series carries a high level of insulation on the inside and the outside of the boiler door. This insulation works best in the winter because it keeps in the heat and provides a better efficiency. When the boilers are standby is usually when the boiler loses heat, but the insulation installed on the boiler door will prevent that from happening.
There are different ranges of boilers in the ECONONMATIC Series. Some of these boilers can be run with gas, oil fired or dual fuel fired and pressure jet burners. The steel boilers of the ECONONMATIC Series offer a minimum return temperature thermostat. This will stop the systems pumps from working when the boiler is cold. This will lessen the amount of time the boiler is running and condensation could form.
Some other features of the ECONONMATIC Series are the Front Tube plate flanged is installed toward the combustion chamber. This will prevent hot spots and will also decrease the amount of thermal stress on the boiler, every time you run the boiler. This will also increase the life expectancy of the boiler.
One of the Models in the ECONONMATIC Series is the DRN Boiler; there are 16 models in this series. The output of the Btu’s is 80,000 or 93kW to 1,000,000 Btu’s or 1.163 kW. The Model DRM Boiler offers 7 models with the output’s Btu’s from 1,200,000 Btu’s or 1,395 to 3,000,000 Btu’s to 3,488 kW.
The DRNV Boiler Series offers 7 boilers from 160,000 output or 186kW to 500,000 outputs to 581kW heat output. The DRNH Boiler offers 47 models, these range from 600,000 Btu’s per hour to 1,000,000. The AXS Boiler has 4 models; the boiler has an output range of 200,000 Btu’s to 350,000 Btu’s.
