The Dual Fuel Burners are becoming increasingly popular; there are 3 different dual fuel burners from Riello that are superior than other dual fuel burners. Model RLS 100, MONDUBLOC LSE and the ENNE 1400. Let’s take a look at each burner and see what each burner can offer the customer and their boiler. The first is the RLS Dual Fuel Burners there are 6 different burners in this series. The RLS Dual Fuel Burner from Riello uses a two-stage system with a delivery stage of 116.00. The two-stage operation of the burners is installed with Riello’s Status Panel, which includes an hour meter, ignition meter and a troubleshooting indicator. The RLS is a quiet burner and has an outstanding ratio of firing rates.
The maximum working temperature of this burner is 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The firing rate of the RLS Series Burners range from 100 to 1395 kW. What makes these burners different than the others is that they are specifically designed for very hot to super hot boilers, steam generators and oil boilers. The Riello ENNE/EMME Series Dual Fuel Burners have 4 different models. These burners have a firing rate of 407 to 5000 kW. The design that Riello has created with the ENNE/EMME is for high output boilers. There are 2 operations that these burners can be used with and that is the two-stage operation or the modulating operation.
The voltage used on the Primary RLS Burner is 230 Volts and 50 Hz and on the Secondary Transformer the voltage is 2 x 5 kV. The fan installed on these burners is Centrifugal Fans with Reverse Curve Blades. The fan starter is a Delta Star Started design for reliability every time. This is an oil fuel and a natural gas burner. These burners are designed with current technology and high quality components. The MODUBLOC LSE Dual Fuel Burner has 4 different models in the Series. The MODUBLOC LSE are burners that have been designed and constructed with monobloc design. This means that the important components are all installed in one unit rather than spread out. The MODUBLOC LSE has a firing range starting at 1070 to 9580 kW.
This style of burner is commonly used in hot water boilers or individual steam generators. The adjustment is modulating and with an electronic module that offers the control of the air and fuel mixes and gives the PID control of the temperature or pressure. This burner can supply the desired power to the boiler or generator with a high efficiency level. Plus with an efficient fuel consumption it can lower the operating cost of the boiler. The burners are easy to use and they are designed to be low maintenance. This is all a homeowner can ask for.
