Reznor Waste Oil Boilers offers a way to heat your commercial application safely and efficiently. These waste oil boilers offer a full 3-pass design that can hold up under water temperature. The Reznor Waste Oil Boilers have a most favorable combustion system as well as a lower stack temperature while working on a higher level of efficiency. These boilers have the capacity to heat a large area of space evenly and effectively and without stack heat loss. To ensure minimal heat loss these waste oil boilers have 3.5 inches to 4 inches of thermal insulation added to them. 
These boilers have a full swing and reversible burner door that makes service and maintenance fast and easy. The Reznor Waste Oil Boilers are available in 2 different models the RAB-350 and the RAB-500 Boiler. Both units are designed for indoor installation and can be used on commercial applications only.
The RAB-350 is rated for a powerful 350,000 BTU’s and the RAB-500 is rated for 500,000 BTU’s. These units were constructed with energy efficient burners that will effectively and efficiently burn No.2 fuel oil. Both units use the same style burner, oil pre-heater along with a positive displacement pump. Some of the features that are standard on both the RAB-350 and the RAB-500 are the remote oil pumping systems, an air atomizing burner, an electric spark ignition with an electronic cad-cell flame safety system and a built in disconnect switches.
These waste oil boilers also come with terminal block wiring, an oil supply filter line system that is equipped with a cleanable strainer and a dirty filter indicator gauge. The RAB-350 has a Burner BTUH Thermal output of 290,500 with a fuel flow rate of 2.5 GPH. The Voltage with Full Load Amps on the RAB-350 is 115V-17 and the waste oil boiler has a maximum boiler temperature of 240 degrees Fahrenheit and the water content can hold 37.8 gallons.
The RAB-500 has a Burner BTUH Thermal Output of 415,000 and has a fuel flow rate of 3.57 GPH. The Voltage and Full Load Amperage is 115V-19. This unit has a water content capacity of 52.6 gallons. Both units have an 8” Flue Pipe and Vent Cap and a 3” Water and Return Connections. There are many applications where these waste oil boilers can be used but there are also minimum recommended clearances that must be followed for proper installation and operation.
