I believe it was the owner of the company that came out to our house last saturday and we had a plumbing emergency that we needed taken care of. I don't know what happened but our basement floor drain started shooting sewage out of it and covered our basement floor. We have children so we got real concerned about the health issues of it being this way. It took (I believe it was Steve) a little while to get there as he mentioned he was busy but got the problem resolved as soon as he arrived.

He called it a soft matter clog which I guess was toilet paper? It opened right up. We was on vacation recently and there was mention that maybe the last time we flushed, everything hardened up inside the drain pipe and when we came back it started building up with everything we put in it. Just glad it was taken care of and it's nice to know our plumber is close by. Thanks Steve!
