I have a Kohler faucet around 4 years old with a life time warranty. I needed a new pull out hose and gave them the part number, and Kohler said they do not make that hose any more but they have a new type hose for my faucet. I got the new hose (one week later) but they have change the connection on the new hose, it’s a quick disconnect type, and the faucet I have is a screw type. So I called Kohler and they said they do not know what to do. One person said they could try to find one and it will take 4 weeks to find one. So what they are telling me I will be with out water in my kitchen for 5 weeks now. Please stay away from Kohler faucets there warranty is worth crap
