With the Model Number MT040GBR, the First Hour Rating is 188 Gallons Per Hour, the Standby Heat Loss is 1.0, the Minimum Boiler Output is 106,000 Btu’s and the Coil Head Loss is 1.6. All of the other models have some of the same if not better specifications.

The Maxi-Therm2 Indirect Water Heater is compact in size, meaning that the heater is a big bulky heater that you have to clean out your entire basement to install. There is plenty of room for this model. The installation of this water heater is rather simple. The best applications for this style of water heater are a Small Office, Apartment and House.

The Maxi-Therm2 can be installed with other water heaters for use as a multi heater system.
