The CFC is made of a strong stainless steel construction that carries a 20-year thermal shock guarantee. Some of the features of the CFC Fully Condensing Industrial Boiler are the 500,000 Btu’s to 2,500,000 Btu’s heating capacity per hour.

Model CFC has a factory installed 316 Ti Stainless Steel Tubes, Tube Sheets and furnace. The unit works from Single Phase, 115/1/60 electrical requirements. There are no minimum return water temperatures or minimum flows from this boiler. For a large unit, the CFC is a quiet operating boiler with <70 dBA at full fire and <50 dBA at a low fire. This unit comes with a 10-year fireside corrosion warranty and 20-year thermal shock warranty.

Clearfire-Model CFH Steam Industrial Boiler

This Clearfire industrial boiler is a high efficiency boiler with an 85% efficiency when the boiler is on low.  With this type of efficiency and the boiler is on low, there won’t really be a need to increase the speed or settings.  This style boiler is a fully modulating boiler with a High Turndown with a variable speed blower. This unit works with a very low gas pressure, <14″ W.C. The Clearfire Model CFH Steam Industrial Boiler can use either Natural Gas or Propane. The unit is 10 horsepower to 40 horsepower.

The Clearfire Model CFH is rated a high efficiency because it helps in the reduction of the greenhouse gases that contribute to global warming. The Controls on this unit are CSD-1 Compliant.  The CFH also uses anywhere from 15 pounds of steam to 150 pounds of steam.

Clearfire Model CFV Industrial Boiler

This model in the C-B Packaged Boiler System is a high efficiency boiler that uses an advanced system called the Fecralloy burner that was designed to hold the Pre-Mix of air and fuel, a perfect combination for the ultimate combustion mixture. When the boiler is operating at 125# of steam pressure the boiler’s efficiency is rated at 85%.

Model CFV Industrial Boiler offers a Direct Spark Ignition, a low gas pressure of <14″ W.C. Don’t let the size fool you, the boiler runs extremely quiet, < 70DBA. It is a Natural Gas boiler and it can hold about 150# of steam pressure. The electrical requirements are 115 Volt, Single Phase that is considered minimal electrical energy consumption.
