The Revolution Boiler can meet the needs of almost any type of home heating application. You can either install these boilers as a horizontal or as a vertical install. These boilers have factory installed piping with a first and second loop that is installed within the boiler. The internal components of this boiler system is unique it comes with a VS300 Injection Control and Pump. This will help get rid of any condensate and thermal shock. At the same time, the boiler will provide temperature control that operates with temperatures of 55 degrees to 210 degrees Fahrenheit.
There are 6 different models in the Revolution Series, the RV3 to the RV7. The input on these boilers ranges from 62,000 to 190,000. The Department of Energy’s heating capacity on these boilers is from 55,000 to 166,000. All models have a maximum venting air inlet length of 50. The water capacity on these units ranges from 3.6 to 6.6 gallons. The gas valve inlet on these boilers is either ½ inch to ¾ inches depending on which model you buy. The water supply and return NPT on all models are 1-1/4 inches. The Burnham Revolution Gas Fired Boilers offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty; these boilers have a limited lifetime warranty on the cast iron heat exchanger.
