      Hi,
Are there any reviews from customers who have used this water heater? How long has this (hydro-generated ignition), tecnology been used for tankless water heaters? And when it says, vertical venting, does that mean it cannot be vented through a wall? And what about outside installs, would it work when in a climate that can get to 20 degrees below zero?
      Thanks, Pat

I purchased the hydro generator model and it wouldn’t ingnite. It took over a week to get ahold of bosch their customer service is terrible. They close at 5 p.m. eastern, so working people cannot come home and take care of a problem. I would never reccomend the hydrogenerator, almost all reviews I have seen ran into the same problem as I did. I returned it for a refund.
