My Biolet 30NE is a total bust. The ads leave out the 64 degree temperature limitation, so if you can not heat the ambient space even in the summer months, it does not really work even with a fan. Also, the drain hole is well above the bottom of the toilet bowl, allowing buildup of urine which turns rancid and very smelly. I suggest one build a really super, gold-plated outhouse for the $1400.00. PU, Charlie

Have you tried contacting Biolet directly? I was able to at least talk to someone there. We are just installing one, I sure hope it goes better than you indicate.
