Can I down size the stainless steel flue liner to a 6" without creating a problem or in violation of ICC requirements. The flue is 25' vertical run w/i 5' boiler to the chimney breach.I am aware of the 6" being able to carry up to 1.25 gph , but it is the collat creating the problem.
