I have one of your 40 gallon electric water heaters that is approximately 10 years old, but only used on weekends at my summer lake house. It stopped heating this summer and I am told by friends it probably need new elements. Can I get these from you along with any speecial tool I am told it takes to remove them.
The tank is drained each winter.
It is tied into my ground source heat pump system so I do not want to tear it out if I can replace the elements.
